Are you tired of trying to figure out what to make for dinner?
Do you dread trying to find new ideas on healthy meals to feed your family?
Are you sick of your kids not eating the awesome meal you just spent an hour cooking?
If you answered yes to any of these question then I have the perfect solution for you!
As a working mother and housewife, I have spent years perfecting 20 easy and delicious meals that my family loves. I thought you might enjoy having 20 easy weeknight dinners, so I wrote up all the recipes, took pictures, and put it together in book form so you can easily access it from any computer. How cool is that?
My main goal in writing this book was to make my life easier.
I know I find meal planning to be a fairly tedious task, and it makes me crazy when I spend so much time and effort trying to feed my family healthy and delicious meals, only for them to complain about it.
I hated it when the recipe I tried didn’t work.
Or when I would try a new recipe and the amount of time it took to prepare the dish was way too much and it ended up creating a huge mess in my kitchen. Whatever the case may be, I personally wanted a book of simple and delicious recipes that I knew my family would eat. So I gathered together 20 of my families favorite meals, that taste great, are fairly healthy, and wont totally destroy my kitchen when I make them.
Then I figured, if it was good for me than it was probably good for you as well! So if you are looking for a way to make your meal planning less stressful, this is the book for you.
The recipes rely heavily on chicken because that is the protein I use the most.
There are a few vegetarian options, gluten free substitution suggestions, and even one or two meals where you can use ground beef instead of ground turkey. You can see all of the recipes below:
I decided to group the recipes by region because when I make my meal plan every Sunday, I usually pick 1-2 “American” dishes, an “Italian” meal, a “Mexican” meal, and an “Asian” meal so the family doesn’t get bored. The reason I picked 20 to share with you is because I figured that was a month’s worth of meals if you cook five times a week. I even included a month’s worth of weekly meal plans!
