Florals for spring might not actually be groundbreaking, but they sure are glamorous! Here is a collection of delightful classic floral dresses for spring.
The Devil Wears Prada is my kryptonite.
Every time it comes on television I have to sit down and watch it. It doesn’t matter what I have to do that day, for some reason I will let it all slide just to watch it over and over again.
Miranda Priestly’s snide comments crack me up and one of the best is, “Floral. For spring. Groundbreaking.”.
Of course the last thing classic floral dresses for spring are is groundbreaking. But who cares? It’s spring!
Time to get out of the woolen plaid flannels and get into crisp cotton blossoming frocks!
To that end I present to you the best of what the internet has to offer when it comes to florals right now.
I would wear every single one of these classic floral dresses because they are so fabulous!
Though of course I adore florals, I think what I like the best about these dresses is the fact I can wear a bra with them. At age 42 I am thinking I might need to leave the spaghetti straps behind.
What do you think? Are spaghetti straps only for the young or can any age wear them?
I have the first dress in solid black and though it looks great on, the fabric is quite thick which I don’t love. So you might want to try this dress on first before you purchase it.
If I had to pick one of these three classic floral dresses, I think the first is my personal favorite because I am a sucker for a matching belt. It reminds me of the dresses in the 1950s.
Yes, yes and yes! I know I have way too many blue floral dresses, but I can’t help it! The heart wants want it wants!
I’ve had my eye on the first dress for a while now because I am a big fan of neoprene. I like the combination of a modern fabric with a classic cut and then the vintage spray of flowers.
As a matter of fact, the only reason I haven’t purchased it is because I have put myself on a bit of a restriction when it comes to “nice” dresses. I have far too many and need to up my casual dresses.
