Fear, anxiety, worry, and despair are all emotions that all humans have to contend with. With that said, sometimes I think women, especially mothers, can find themselves overwhelmed when it comes to these feelings.
I have written about these issues before and for the month of October I will be continuing my focus on how fear, worry, and anxiety are often hindering our progress and keeping us from fulfilling our goals. I figure October, the scariest month of the year, would be a perfect time to really delve into what causes us to fear things and what we can do about it.
