Happens to me all the time. As a matter of fact, I was boogieing down the aisle of HomeGoods this morning because they were blasting the disco classic, “Best Of My Love”. I don’t know how the entire store wasn’t grooving to the music.

Dancing, like exercising, releases endorphins throughout your body which interacts with the receptors in your brain that reduces the perception of pain.
