As a homemaker I am in and out of my fridge constantly. So why not use it as a tool in becoming more mindful?
Becoming mindful takes practice and the best way to practice is constantly remind yourself to live in the now. Why don’t you find a little trinket (I use a little ceramic flamingo) and place it somewhere visible in your fridge. Then every time you open the door you will see it and it will remind you that you need to be more mindful. This is a silly little trick that I have found really works!
