Here in America, the holiday season continues with much fanfare as Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas, and the New Year are squeezed into just a few short weeks. Right now, some of us may feel that our energies are being pulled in too many directions, while some of us may be reminded of what we feel is missing from our lives.
What we all have in common remains the ability to carry ourselves with grace. Consider the list below a source of ideas for how to find balance, spread cheer, and be kind to yourself this holiday season. Please feel free to include your additions in the comments!
