It has been a while since I did an outfit post, so here are some of my favorites from last month. In this picture I am wearing a Modcloth sweater I purchased this past fall, a pair of wide legged jeans, an old pair of yellow shoes, and a funky collar necklace (here). The oval ring was from my trip to Mexico city and the other ring was from J. Crew from a few years back.
You might remember the sweater (here) from when I wore it on the airplane to Alt Summit. The skirt is old from Anthropologie, and the shoes are Louboutin from eBay! I am kinda really into eBay for designer items. I have purchased a few Kate Spade dresses for under $200, and these shoes were hundreds of dollars less then what I would have paid retail! The necklace was a gift from my husband for my birthday a few years back.
This entire ensemble is from Anthropologie and is old, old, old. It is amazing how long fashion lasts if you buy the classics. The shoes are Poetic License.
Finally, something new! The shirt with the birds is new from Anthropologie (here) and the skirt is also from Anthro, but is old. The shoes are Miss L. Fire, but are years old. The white and gold bracelets are sold out, but the red bracelet is new from J. Crew but appears to be sold out.
Here is one of my favorite color combinations: bright green and navy. The shirt is new from Anthro (here) and the skirt is from Modcloth (here). I highly recommend the skirt because it just under $50, has a delightful tulle overskirt, which I love, and I have worn it at least half a dozen times. The shoes are Miss L. Fire.
I end with a fancy outfit I wore to a charity event. The dress is at least a year old, as are the shoes. The little faux fur jacket is vintage from the 1950s and was purchased via Dear Golden. Finally, the necklace was on sale from Kate Spade about a year ago.
