It’s My Birthday!
It’s my birthday today and no, I am not telling you how old I am! LOL! Let’s just say I am 32. Again.
I thought it would be fun to post some of my dream items that if money or size or possibility were no object, I would love to receive for my birthday. So here are my top five birthday wishes:
I have wanted to own this Christian Dior ball gown circa 1953 ever since I saw it in a book. To me this dress is the ultimate in glamour.
A ticket to Paris to see the Spring/Summer fashion shows.
To be Anna Wintour for a month. (This is her office)
Just one night but he has to be in character of Noah from The Notebook. He can even call me Allie.
I’ve always wanted a vintage car. As a matter of fact I seriously considered purchasing one of Dita Von Teese’s cars that she was selling on eBay, but it isn’t very practical, especially with kids. So maybe after the kids are grown I will get one.
And there you have it. Five dream gifts for my birthday.

I think I would have a shopping spree at BCBG for my birthday. I could do a ton of damange in a short time! Also, I would love to go back in time to see my house (which was built in 1960) and how it originally looked when it was built (weird, right). The bathrooms have been redone, and I am convinced that there was gold wallpaper at some point, although it’s very plain and neutral now. I would be happy to stay in 1960, too!!!

My dream gifts would be….a private jet, so no more lines and Immigration etc….and a few homes scattered around the world…Miami, Cape Cod, LA, Bermuda, Paris….that’s all, really!

Happy Birthday! That Dior dress is stunning and so is the vintage car. I would love to get something classy and sexy but out here a big old heavy car wouldn’t do good in the snow.
