With the holiday of Rosh Hashanah starting Wednesday night, this week of meals is a bit complicated. In addition, we are going to an upshernish this evening, so no cooking tonight! It is a welcome relief, but creates a bit of a hectic night. We are also going out to dinner to celebrate the first night of Rosh Hashana on Wednesday, so no meal that night either. However I will be making a large late lunch/early dinner on Thursday. Here is this week’s meal plan:
Sunday: No cooking!
Monday: Roasted chicken with potatoes and salad (meat)
Tuesday: Chicken fajitas (recipe is for mushroom fajitas, but I just substitute the leftover chicken for the mushroom) (meat)
Wednesday: No cooking dinner. Celebrating Rosh Hashana at friends house.
Thursday: Rosh Hashanah Celebration Meal (fish)
Friday: Fish sticks and potato salad. (fish)
